INTERPRETATION:

AQUARIUS sits on the ASCENDANT of the People's Republic of China at ONE DEGREES and the MOON 3 DEGREES (AQUARIUS) in the FIRST HOUSE:

At this specific degree placing of the moon in Aquarius in the first house will give rise to a people whose primary focus would be ONENESS, UNION of COLLECTIVE THOUGHT and SACRIFICE (for the whole, if necessary)

THE INDIVIDUAL (which is also 'Aquarian') does not COUNT or MATTER.

This was certainly the case in China's feudal history. As different regions of China was ruled by "individual" dynasties and feudal states (this also is an expression of Aquarius).

The unification of China, thus ending the age of Feudalism for that country, was achieved by one of China's last greatest emperors.

Paradoxically, China still functions very much, AS A COLLECTIVE, the same way it always had-even in her "feudal days".

Political rulers of the country can EASILY INFLUENCE THE EMOTIONAL NATURE of its people through the media, appeal to a historic pride (the glory days), and national sense of URGENCY.

ONE DEGREE AQUARIUS ON THE CUSP OF THE ASCENDANT, is expressed as a PSYCHOLOGICAL NEED TO CREATE "ONENESS" (of thought and action).

The question we must ask ourselves is, if this ONENESS is created or encouraged to the best interest of the country or is it enforced against the people's personal and/or individual interests?

The answer is BOTH. If you are 'down' with the program of the government, then you are not affected (personally). But if you OBJECT, life can be quite a misery in China (for you).

The reality is that China is still a REGIONALLY DIVIDED country, with a SERIOUS POLLUTION PROBLEM (which, as a collective, the country 'seems' to ignore or at least is very 'touchy' about discussing openly).

As a nation, they seem quite indifferent, but as individual citizens the mortality rate of CANCER (related to pollution from corporations dumping wastes into water ways, thus poisoning the waters, to burying wastes, thus poisoning the soil and rendering it "unusable" to a host of other 'variables' in between) is quite a PROBLEM in China.

ONE DEGREE in NUMEROLOGY is associated with ARIES and MARS. It is the signature of the EMPEROR.

The Chinese people are famous for not wanting to "lose face" with its people, government, and the world at large. They are quite proud and DO NOT openly discuss their MUNDANE CONCERNS (as it pertains to "every day life" for the Chinese people-particularly the concerns of "individuals")

AQUARIUS is the sign of EMOTIONAL INDIFFERENCE and DETACHMENT.

Quite "creepy", but EXTRAORDINARY!

China, once having the largest human population on the planet, was restricted to having ONE OFFSPRING PER HOUSEHOLD.

One out of every FOUR HUMANS is Chinese! This is a form of "The Borge"

Every country on the PLANET has a Chinese endogenous population within it.

They adapt their culture, learn the language and customs (including food, agriculture and public works) and the political atmosphere of the "host" country.

Of course, China is NOT unique in this approach to trans culturalism.

The Romans made Roman citizens of those conquered (provided that they paid taxes and obeyed the Cezarian code).

But the question 'should China be trusted ' if answered as a YES, we have to prove it.

If the answer is NO, than that must equally be proven as well.

My answer is NO, initially. China's history has been a HOSTILE ONE towards its neighbors, always! (This is a HISTORIC FACT)

China and Russia recently joined forces to become major players in the far eastern region-including Northern and Eastern Europe.

The United States, of course was not invited to participate in this "union".

This "alliance" is a strategy on the part of BOTH the Russia and China in reaction to the European crisis.

"collateral" is the name of the game here. And Europe has reached the end of her rope (with no prospect of getting out of this "mess" they're in).

China is the big ball player here, holding all the bargaining chips. And she will use them on her terms.

Russia behaves this way as well-with a "thirst" for fast wealth and "status".

Russia's new generation of billionaires and millionaires are acting like kids in a candy store. They don't know how to act. But then again, can you blame them?

Now that Russia has entered the world of CAPITALISM, she will have to DEAL with the VICES, OBSESSIONAL GREED, and HIGH LEVEL CORRUPTION, and learn to "balance" these demons JUST LIKE THE REST OF US...

China has a "HEADS UP" in this department.

Astrologically speaking, China is a LIBRA COUNTRY.

Now, you might be asking yourself, "what"? "But Libra is such a 'nice guy' (some would say, a "push over" or worse; a "pussy")

But this would be a FATAL MISTAKE to make.
