The STAR of BETELGEUSE is of high significance because it acts as the HELIACAL RISING STAR before sunrise (it crosses the ascendant of the United States, which is GEMINI)
NOTE: A pause for a moment; there are many charts of the United States "floating about". In fact, I heard there were as much as 12. I have only known of three. BETELGEUSE is found in the CONSTELLATION of GEMINI, as well as other, very POWERFUL STARS.
The STAR of BELLATRIX is a SETTING STAR, has passage, and is highly significant for 2012. Both STARS are associated with fame, glory, including being worshiped, even post humorously.
Sounds good, but this can be misleading. Being remembered can be good or bad. We "remember" and even "glorify" ancient cultures like Egypt, Rome, Mesopotamia, and Atlantis. They are famous today, and we remember them because they were the known SUPER POWERS of their day. And they each went with a BANG!
The STAR of MARKAB crosses, has passage, and is highly significant. This STAR can bring disgrace-honor, but disgrace soon after, violence, and a violent death.
These are the symbolism involved. Again, it creates a PARAN RELATIONSHIP with PLUTO and ALPHARD in the 8th HOUSE of the FINANCIAL sector of the country.
1. Financial disgrace leading to violent uprisings and possible strikes, sit-ins or another "crash" in the global economy will be an inevitable "outcome" of the occupation of Wall Street, mounting corruption, and inert action on behalf of politicians to support our President, will eventually result in the devaluation of stocks, commodities, and futures, including currencies, ETFs and a negative valuation of EFSF constructs (remember the 2008 crash? Very similar cycle)
2. REVOLUTION is contagious, other countries will soon follow suit!
A pause for a moment: Thailand had just experienced the worse FLOODING in almost a CENTURY, with the city of BANKOCK bracing for a fierce assault. THAILAND is the biggest EXPORTER of GRAIN RICE IN THE WORLD!
What do you think this will do to the Grain Commodity, and stocks? and other "GROUND GROWN GOODS" like potatoes, coffee beans, and spices? The trading market price for these commodities will surely be dramatically affected!
This is why it is important to watch the news and pay attention to FUNDAMENTALS (although that concept is soon "changing")
TURKEY just experienced a 7.2 EARTHQUAKE on the 24th of October. Don't you think this will affect the economy-GLOBALLY? The answer is yes. Hundreds are dead and thousands are missing and buried in rubble, according to Turkish news (American Media only showed Turkish footage from their newsrooms)
GREECE HAS DEFAULTED, SPAIN WILL FOLLOW, THEN ITALY!!!
Just to let you know what's going on in the rest of the world. It's not just the United states that's having the problems. Other countries are having serious problems with their economies, too. Look at what's happening with the Swiss Franc! It use to be solid! Like Gold, a "safe haven" for investors, but not anymore!
Another STAR also creating a PARAN RELATIONSHIP with PLUTO is the STAR of SCHEAT. It's symbolism is also CHALLENGING or DIFFICULT. The theme is massive suicides, murder, and violence, force, raw energy or primal energy.
ONE alignment of a FIXED STAR with a PLANET (or paran relationship) is NOT ENOUGH to declare a MUNDANE EVENT. Or a manifestation of such event. However, in individual charts, It counts.
But in the charts of countries, we must study the ACCUMULATION OR A CLUSTERIZATION of FIXED STARS with a PLANET; that's significant for ASTROLOGERS.
The STAR of SCHEAT was RISING during the marches of REVEREND MARTIN LUTHER KING throughout ALABAMA, SOUTH AND NORTH CAROLINA. On the day he was assassinated, the STAR began to SET (remember, he was a Capricorn. These stars were present throughout his short life, perhaps ensuring and "sealing" his eventual fate)
3. Allies and friends of America will betray and sell us out for profits (and this is already happening) including our own!
4. Denial of what's happening to us as a nation and the world view of us will seriously damage our reputation as a liberating nation; corruption and blatant disregard for humanity will become the new philosophy of American politics (a phenomenon which is happening now)
The STAR of MIRFAK crosses the horizon, has "curtailed passage", and is highly significant as a SETTING STAR in 2012. It represents "pure" and "raw" male energy (but of the "boyish" kind), untamed, immature and not subject to listening and cooperating with others-making rash and emotionally based decisions that could prove detrimental.
These are the symbolism involved.
It also forms a PARAN RELATIONSHIP to PLUTO, ALPHARD, MARKAB, and SCHEAT.
Again, a powerful clusterization of FIXED STARS in one particular sector or quadrant of the horoscope (any horoscope chart) will INCREASE the concentration of that energy yielding a MANIFESTED EVENT.
5. This energy can manifest as "acting too aggressively in obtaining financial aims" in the GLOBAL MARKET scene
6. Hasty decision making affecting foreign policy relations with European (Germany) and Asian Powers (China) leading to TRADE WARS

We are seeing more and more crimes with this population, especially since there are NO JOBS to keep them PRODUCTIVE and GROWING. This site has plenty of examples from HISTORY, ARCHEOLOGY, ANTHROPOLOGY and the GEOLOGICAL AND ZOOLOGICAL SCIENCES to suggest that such phenomenon can be FORECAST (not predicted), by PRACTICAL AND EMPIRICAL DATA which is supported by HISTORICAL FACTS. These findings don't suggest, however, that any CATACLYSM will occur in 2012. And if it does, it will not be by ACCIDENT (the Government may be "WAGGING THE DOG" to create a DISTRACTION-which very well COULD BE a more sinister AGENDA. The "hype"of 2012 could be such SMOKESCREEN to throw off the "scent" of a more underlying and hidden, MOTIVATION for the 'hyping up" of a cataclysmic event).

And what about that METEOR that's suppose to hit the Earth they're always talking about? Hardly likely-and you know why?
THINK ABOUT IT: For a METEOR to do damage (of a cataclysmic or apocalyptic nature) it would HAVE TO BE at least SIX MILES wide, traveling at thousands of miles per hour-but even a HUNDRED MILES, we would "SEE" it coming for AT LEAST six months in advance heading towards us (the HISTORY CHANNEL and NATGEO have actually explained this). It will be DETECTED by our SPACE SATELLITES YEARS IN ADVANCE!!!
IF YOU GO TO NASA'S WEBSITE, YOU'LL KNOW THAT IF THEY HAVEN'T SEEN OR DETECTED IT YET (with their multimillion dollar telescopes and satellites), the likelihood of a meteor hitting us is next to none! And this is not astrology, but TRAJECTORY SCIENCE.
Yes, NASA has detected METEORS that can HIT US, but on 2029 OR 2021, AND 2049-51, these are the "ballparks"
Nothing in NASA'S PERIODICALS suggest 2012 as a possible IMPACT date. It's just not in their literature.
My point is that WE WOULD KNOW IN ADVANCE if we were to be IMPACTED by a METEOR! We would feel the experience of GRAVITATIONAL WAVES in SPACE as we begin to experience ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS on earth-in far worse proportions than we are experiencing now.
If there were to be any annihilation-WE WILL DO IT TO OURSELVES!

AT ONE TIME THE AMERICAN ECONOMY WAS BACKED BY GOLD UNTIL FORMER PRESIDENT NIXON TOOK US OFF THE GOLD AND MADE THE DOLLAR THE MAIN COLLATERAL CURRENCY; AND MADE THE WHOLE WORLD RELY ON IT AS GLOBAL TRADE MEASURE.
UNFORTUNATELY THE DOLLAR HAS LOST TREMENDOUS VALUE DUE TO OUR DEBT, QUANTITATIVE EASING (or the printing of more money), AND THE MANIPULATION OF THE MARKETS (thus creating a currency "bubble").
THE AMERICAN DOLLAR IS ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE AND BE RENDERED WORTHLESS IN THE NEXT TWO DECADES TO COME:
NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT THIS...
AND CHINA HAS ALMOST AMASSED AS MUCH GOLD AS A RESERVE THAN THE ENTIRE WORLD COMBINED!!
